The majority shareholding of Ladurner Ambiente, one of the foremost Italian environmental operators, has been acquired by Zoomlion, the Chinese construction machinery giant, and Mandarin Capital.
IGI SGR, through the fund IGI Investimenti Quattro, had invested in Ladurner in 2012 and held a 20% shareholding in the company.
Following today’s operation, IGI remains as a minority shareholder of Ladurner.
